Beyond Life ...

Sometimes we are so confined to our knowledge that we are stuck there. I was listening to something interesting and it was certainly food for thought.

We are often told "Dil dhadakne do", else we exist no more. Have we ever thought over it? Does life really not exist when the heart is not beating?

On the very first go our thought is "no heart, no life", that is what we have been thought in schools. Now let's dig in a little.

A zygote is known as life in the mother's womb or the beginning of a human. A zygote is the union of the sperm cell and the egg cell. Now, this zygote lives in the mother's body without a heart for around 20 days. The heart starts to beat only after that. Now the very funda of life is questionable with that. :)

When life's funda can change, so can anything, we just got to be open to things beyond known.

The kitchen I fell in love with!

It was a cloudy morning, as I watched the sky through the balcony window after getting up. I hoped Mr. Sun to be a little kind to spread his shine that day and rushed to finish my morning miscellaneous work. By 6:15 am, I checked my mobile to find a missed call. I did not bother to call back since I was already on my way to the lady’s house who had called up. I reached her house by 6:30. am. She was busy finishing up her morning stuffs and took another 5 mins and then got into the passenger seat of my car.  “I called you up, and then I called your land line. Your mother informed that you have already started.” she said. “I thought I will talk to you in person since I already had started, hence did not bother to call back.” I replied. “I was wondering if you would make it or not. I almost had dropped the idea of participating, later when your mother said that you have started, I hurried up.” She said. “hmm.....frankly I went to bed late. My daughter was in a playful

TajMahal or RamaSetu ?

As I grabbed a glass of water  in one hand this morning, the other logged into WhatsApp to quickly catchup on updates from groups. One thing that caught my attention was a forward from my Engineering class group. One of them had forwarded the below pic: I had an ear-to-ear smile. I pondered for a few minutes and gave a quick response -  "If you ask me, one wanted to show off his love and other wanted to protect his love. However there was lack of respect and trust respectively which is base of love. So if you ask me, either both qualify or both dont. 😊 or we might have to ask Mumtaz or Sita. 😂😂😂 I at times fantasize and wonder what would 'Ramayana' look like if it were written by a female. 😁" Even after the reply the subject had been running in the background. As they say, to get over it, one needs to get through it. So here I am jotting down the thoughts that waved up my mind.  Though majority of people in and around me very clearly had and have been taking reli

Stitch in time saves nine :)

( Any thing and any person seeks a compassionate heart. The restless brain influenced by the materialistic greed either refrains from taking righteous action or indulges into sinful crime; convincing oneself that everything is in it's hands. It needs a situation like quarantine for hearts to takeover brain and be compassionate. What a short lived soaring compassion! ) Stitch in time saves nine They say a stitch in time saves nine But why would you save nine when it is completely fine? Oh no, then goes the realization - it’s quarantine! The thread running like a non-stop train, Helps restless brain to refrain; Or may be it’s just to convince that   I can make things fine, And console the crooked wise brain. Stop it! It’s a crime, Says heart, the prime. But the heart’s words go unheard without proper claim. Repeated gestures like that are for sure to chime! Its then that neither stitch nor time is going to stop the prime, And it sews its way to sublim
